This website introduces MIMORE and its beauty business support services. Service descriptions explain potential areas of collaboration. They do not form a binding offer or a complete statement of the scope available for a particular project.
2. Project agreements
Deliverables, fees, order quantities, lead times, approvals, manufacturing arrangements, testing, intellectual property, shipping terms and other responsibilities are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or reserve production capacity.
3. Partner responsibilities
Manufacturing, specialist testing and logistics are carried out by the relevant project partners. Market-specific regulatory requirements, importer obligations and trademark or artwork reviews must be addressed with the appropriate responsible parties as part of the agreed scope.
4. Images and brand materials
Unbranded product, laboratory and packaging imagery is conceptual and illustrative. It does not represent a catalogue item, a client project, a MIMORE-owned laboratory or a manufacturing facility. EVIELLE brand and product information is available by inquiry.
MIMORE and EVIELLE names, brand materials and website content should not be reused in a way that suggests an unauthorised commercial relationship.
