HOW WE WORK

A clear direction.
A considered process.

Every project has its own requirements. These six connected stages show how a beauty brand can move from a first conversation toward production and export in Korea.

01

Brief & direction

Understand the opportunity

We start with your business, target market and product vision. Share your goals, references and practical priorities so the project can begin with a common direction.

Next milestoneA shared project brief and an agreed scope.
02

Sourcing & partners

Find a suitable route

Your brief guides discussions about product possibilities and Korean manufacturing capabilities. Quantities, development needs and packaging preferences help narrow the direction.

Next milestoneA sourcing direction and the next partner discussions.
03

Development & samples

Make the concept tangible

Coordinate product development conversations, sample requests and feedback with the relevant partner. Record decisions so each round moves toward an agreed product specification.

Next milestoneReviewed samples and an agreed product direction.
04

Identity & packaging

Bring the brand together

Develop naming, identity and packaging in line with the product. Container, artwork and secondary packaging decisions are coordinated with production requirements.

Next milestoneAn aligned identity and approved packaging direction.
05

Production coordination

Move from approval to production

Align specifications, approvals and communication before production begins. Project updates and quality requirements are coordinated with the responsible partners.

Next milestoneA coordinated production handover and agreed checkpoints.
06

Export & handover

Prepare the next destination

Connect finished-goods readiness with shipment preparation. Clarify export documentation, logistics communication and handover responsibilities for the destination.

Next milestoneA shipment preparation and handover plan.

PLANNING YOUR TIMELINE

Make room for
the decisions that matter.

A project schedule is built around your product, sample rounds, packaging, quantity and manufacturing availability. Timing is confirmed after the brief and relevant partner discussions.

  • Concept and sourcing: allow time to define the brief and compare suitable options.
  • Development and design: sample feedback and artwork approvals shape progress.
  • Production and shipment: lead times follow final specifications, availability and destination requirements.

Share your intended launch date early so feasibility and dependencies can be discussed. Fixed lead times are not promised before the scope is agreed.

CLEAR ROLES, BETTER COORDINATION

Who does what.

Responsibilities are confirmed for each project. This is the working principle behind the collaboration.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

A little clarity,
before we begin.

Have a more specific question?

Talk to MIMORE
Can we work with MIMORE from outside Korea?

Yes. MIMORE supports international beauty businesses looking for a local partner in Korea. Tell us where your business is based and which market your products are intended for.

Can we begin with only an idea?

Yes. You do not need a finished formulation or complete brand identity to start a conversation. Your intended audience, product references and business goals are useful starting points.

Do we need to use every service?

The scope can start at the stage your project has reached. Share what is already in place and where you need support, from sourcing to packaging or production coordination.

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on the product, sample rounds, packaging choices, order quantity and manufacturing availability. An initial brief leads to a project-specific schedule; no single lead time applies to every launch.

What should we include in our first inquiry?

Include your business and target market, the product category, references, expected quantity and preferred launch window. If some details are undecided, let us know what you are still exploring.
